An inquiry is not an accepted order. A written quotation must identify the seller, complete MPN, quantity, price validity, reported lead time and any open conditions.
Payment beneficiary, currency, payment schedule, delivery responsibilities, inspection scope, discrepancy reporting and return remedies must be agreed in writing. Substitution requires customer approval. Website references are not a performance warranty.
Quotation and order confirmation
Availability and lead time are confirmed for each inquiry. Website component references do not reserve stock. A purchase proceeds only after the written quotation, seller identity and order conditions have been accepted.
Part identification and substitutions
Confirm the full manufacturer ordering code, package, quantity, packaging format and acceptable date-code requirements. No alternative part or suffix is substituted without customer approval.
Quality and documentation scope
Agree the available source records, label and packaging checks, quantity checks and documentation before ordering. Visual and document checks do not establish electrical performance or prove authenticity on their own.
Testing and engineering responsibility
Any external test must have an agreed provider, method, sample scope, acceptance criteria and cost. RFVero does not claim an in-house RF laboratory. PCB, firmware, RF matching, compliance and alternative validation remain with the customer’s engineers.
Delivery, discrepancies and remedies
Agree currency, payment beneficiary, shipping responsibilities, lead-time basis and any non-cancellable conditions in writing. Report discrepancies with the order reference, photographs and packaging records. Inspection periods, return approval and remedies must be defined in the accepted order; no blanket return or warranty promise is made.
