These answers describe how to prepare an enquiry. The written quotation and accepted order define the actual supply terms.
Can I request samples or small quantities?
Yes, submit the required quantity for review. Supply availability, any minimum quantity and packaging are confirmed for each offer. A sample enquiry is not a promise of free samples or immediate availability.
Do you offer bulk RF semiconductor procurement?
Submit the approved MPNs, quantities and delivery stages. We review sourcing options and prepare a quotation with line-level requirements. No real-time stock or fixed supply capacity is claimed.
Is there a standard MOQ?
There is no single website-wide MOQ. Offered sources and packaging can impose different quantities. Request the quantity you need and ask us to identify any minimum or full-reel condition.
Are the listed brands authorised partnerships?
No manufacturer authorisation is implied. The directory identifies relevant manufacturer product areas for sourcing enquiries. It does not establish direct factory access or an authorised franchise.
Can you provide an original sealed reel?
State original sealed reel as a requirement. The actual offered packaging and supporting evidence must be confirmed in the quotation; tape-and-reel ordering suffixes alone do not prove an offered reel is factory sealed.
Can you quote cut tape or partial reels?
Ask for the format needed by your assembler. Cut tape and partial reels are subject to the offered lot and quantity. Repacking, leader requirements and moisture handling should be agreed before purchase.
How do you confirm lead time?
The enquiry records your required date. The quotation states the reported delivery conditions and unresolved points. A target date is not a shipment promise, and supply should be reconfirmed when the order is accepted.
Can I request a specific date code or one lot?
Yes. Define the permitted range and whether mixed lots are acceptable. We request the available lot information for the specific offer; missing records remain an open issue.
Do labels and photos prove authenticity?
They support identification and discrepancy review but do not establish electrical performance or complete traceability. Any independent test requirement needs an agreed provider, method, scope, cost and acceptance criteria.
Can another RF IC replace my current part?
We can coordinate candidate information and sample enquiries. The customer must approve package, pinout, firmware, RF matching, supply and system validation. No drop-in replacement is assumed.
Can you help with obsolete parts?
Submit the full order code and acceptance requirements. We can review source options and available evidence. An old date code is not itself an authenticity verdict, and the customer must approve any lifecycle or storage-related limitations.
Can I upload a BOM?
Yes. Upload a CSV, XLSX, XLS, PDF or TXT file up to 5 MB through the existing RFQ form. Include manufacturer, full MPN, quantity and the required build date. Identify critical lines and any permitted alternatives.
What happens after submission?
A successfully saved enquiry receives a reference and enters our management system. We review requirements and prepare questions or a quotation as appropriate. The proposed info@rfvero.com mailbox is Pending Verification. Email notifications are not yet enabled; use the saved reference and do not assume an automatic email acknowledgement.
Who performs engineering validation?
The customer’s engineering team defines and approves design suitability, regulatory compliance and alternative qualification. External inspection or test coordination is subject to a separate written scope.
What about shipping, cancellations and returns?
Delivery responsibility, currency, payment, changes, discrepancy reporting and remedies must be agreed in the written quotation and order. Do not send a return or assume cancellation is accepted without written agreement.
