Inquiry information is processed by 深圳市逸睿信息科技有限公司 to review and respond to procurement requests. We collect the requirements, quantity, application, company, email, optional contact name and manufacturer, contact preference, delivery date, alternative permission, notes, uploaded file, consent time, language and source page you submit.
Inquiry records are stored in the hosted database and attachments in private object storage. Administrative endpoints require authentication. Necessary session cookies are used; advertising trackers are not configured. Use the contact form with “Privacy request” to ask about your record, correction or deletion. Do not upload confidential design material unless a separate handling arrangement has been agreed. Optional first-party measurement is disabled until you enable it in the footer. It records only the known page path, event type and a coarse referral category; it does not store raw referrer URLs, query strings, IP addresses or visitor IDs in application analytics. Your choice and per-page counting flag use browser sessionStorage. Disable the checkbox to stop further optional measurement. Hosting services may process necessary connection logs separately. No GA4 or Search Console data is connected.
Purpose and access
Inquiry data is used to assess sourcing requirements, prepare responses and manage procurement follow-up. Access is restricted to authorized administration. We do not use submitted BOMs as public content.
Files and confidentiality
Submit only the information necessary for an initial quotation. Remove unrelated personal data and confidential design files. Agree any additional confidentiality and document-handling requirements before sharing sensitive material.
Correction and deletion requests
Use the contact form and state “Privacy request”, your inquiry reference and the relevant email address. We may need to verify the request before changing records. Retention and deletion depend on the inquiry status and applicable recordkeeping obligations; no fixed deletion period is promised here.
