Procurement guidance · Updated 29 October 2026 · Manufacturer references identify product context; offered lots and system suitability require separate review.
The purchasing problem
Identify switch topology, control requirements and offered packaging before buying.
What changes the requirement
RF switches differ in port topology, control logic, supply, termination behaviour and power-handling conditions. Insertion loss and isolation require matched frequency and test conditions for meaningful comparison.
Sourcing risks
A switch with the same number of ports may have a different truth table, pinout or RF port behaviour. A part-number similarity does not establish a safe substitution in an approved signal path.
Before requesting a quotation
- Exact order code and switch topology
- Control interface, supply and customer-approved power conditions
- Package and approved board revision
- Lot, packaging and delivery requirements
A practical procurement approach
Start with the approved ordering code. When considering another part, maintain a difference checklist and ask the customer’s engineer to approve evaluation scope before buying production quantities. Preserve the manufacturer document revision and actual comparison conditions.
Provide the current switch truth table and port assignment when requesting candidate information. Engineering should review control-voltage compatibility and switching states during power-up, not just the number of RF ports. Keep the approved sample identity linked to the board revision used for validation.
RFVero sourcing support
RFVero coordinates RF semiconductor identification, supplier enquiries and quotation preparation from China. Share the full manufacturer part number, quantity, required date and evidence requirements. Source availability, lot information, documentation, packaging and delivery terms are confirmed in the written quotation. Laboratory measurements and design qualification are not represented as in-house services.
Manufacturer references
Portfolio and documentation references checked 29 October 2026. These pages establish product context, not RFVero stock, authorisation or performance guarantees. Use the exact manufacturer datasheet revision and test conditions for technical approval.
